  1. QEdit macros in RING12.QM emulate PC Magazine FILECTRL.COM enabling the
  2. user to know what files are in the ring, in what order, and provide the
  3. capability to load a file in the ring *without* having to nextfile through
  4. the ring.  Files may be loaded from a list of files at the command line or
  5. from a Pick List of files in the ring while editing.  Changed ring
  6. positions in version 1.2 and added new macros to save, and load files from
  7. a previoulsy saved list of files in the ring.
